I have absolutely loved making people feel seen with my Instagram content for the last several years. I hope that my shop is a natural extension of that, helping you see and embrace your full, wonderful and messy human self. My tiny corners of the internet are dedicated to providing content, products and coaching that (if I've done my job) will help you see that there has never been anything wrong with you. The Enneagram is the most beautiful tool for self-discovery and I hope you are gentle with yourself as you walk this sacred journey home to yourself. It's often uncomfortable, unsexy, and sometimes feels like a punch to the gut. I'm here to tell you that you are worth every moment of the discomfort.

Hi, I'm Amy!
I lead with Type 2, am a lifelong bookworm, have volunteered in animal rescue since I was 12, and I have a French bulldog, Marshall, who is the light of my life. I also have a tiny indoor jungle that brings me endless joy as a proud plant parent.
The Enneagram came into my life in 2019 and I was immediately hooked. Actually, I was immediately offended. The fucking audacity of this little online test knowing my deepest darkest secrets?! I slammed my laptop shut and didn't come back to it for a bit. (I think that's what we call pride, folks) But that is exactly how I knew this was what I had been looking for. Something that knew me so well that it pissed me off? YES, PLEASE.
II initially launched my Enneagram coaching business in November 2021 and almost immediately shut it down. I didn't believe in myself or my knowledge of the Enneagram, and I gave up on myself. But starting in 2023, something shifted. I began building what would become the "Unf*ck Your Type" course and holy shit, it feels like the most aligned thing I've ever created. There's something incredible about making an impact by helping people see ALL of who they are with compassion instead of shame.
All of the inner and outer work I've been doing with the Enneagram since 2019 led me here uncovering my beliefs, a lot of deconstruction work, understanding my patterns, noticing my defense mechanisms, looking closely at my shadows, giving myself grace (not enough, but some!), owning my shit, and investing in my personal growth along the way.

While Aligned Soul Co has been around for years now, this shop is brand spankin' new and the mission is still being formed.
But at my heart and core, I know that one of my greatest gifts is helping humans get curious and learn to see all of who they are. My hope is you don't only love and celebrate the easy parts of yourself. But also the dark parts, the shadow parts, the parts you lock up and hide away. Those parts are still YOU no matter what you do with them. So why not lean into curiosity and see if you can also uncover some well-deserved self-compassion?
