As part of our commitment to transparency, we would like to inform you of our "No Returns Policy." Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:

Custom Nature of Products: All physical (non-digital) items ordered are printed on demand by a drop ship company. This approach means Aligned Soul Co pays the cost up front and is then paid by the customer. Due to this, each product is not shipped until payment has been received and returns nor exchanges are accepted unless there is a quality issue.

Quality Assurance: We take great pride in the quality of our items. We encourage you to thoroughly review your order to confirm that all details are accurate and that your order is correct.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of items, cancellations are only accepted within ONE HOUR of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at alignedoulco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Exception: Refunds will only be processed in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be issued in the original form of payment.
